Omo in my heart I was praying she doesn't ask something specific about Asana. They said they were going to get back to me and I received the offer this morning with a salary of $1000 ”

“I graduated with a BSc in Industrial Chemistry. Then I went ahead and got an MSc in Environmental Management. With all that book, I thought getting a job would be easy. Big lie. After NYSC, I started applying for jobs left and right. Sent out CVs, went for interviews, even begged people to help submit on my behalf. Still, nothing clicked. You know the most painful part? My wife became the one carrying everything. Feeding us, sorting bills, even giving me transport fare. And this is someone that stood by me through school. I was ashamed. At one point, I removed my MSc from my CV because someone told me employers were seeing me as overqualified. That’s how bad it got. Then one day, I saw a post on Facebook about AceAfrica. Honestly, I just scrolled past it. I’d seen too many “online people” promising heaven and earth. But something in the caption touched me. "Sometimes it’s not that you’re not good enough. It’s just that your CV isn’t telling your story the right way." That thing entered my chest. I went back, joined the class… I followed the class closely, word for word. Especially the part where she said to focus on what the employer is looking for, not just your certificates. For the first time, I didn’t feel like I was just begging for a job. I felt like I had value. Three days after fixing my CV, I applied for an environmental analyst role. One week later, I got an interview invite. I froze. I called my wife immediately and just said, “Babe, dem see me o.” I used the AceAfrica interview prep bonus and made sure I didn’t come off as desperate. I told them stories that showed my competence instead of listing dry qualifications. Two weeks later, I got the offer letter. Asin, I cried. Today, I work remotely from Port Harcourt and support environmental compliance projects across different teams. I finally feel like a man again. I don dey contribute for house, dey support my wife, and even dey save. All because of one template.

“I recently completed the AceAfrica customer service/Virtual assistant training, and it was truly a game-changer. The training was well-structured, engaging, and packed with practical knowledge. The instructor, Awanger was highly experienced, and the hands-on approach allowed me to immediately apply what I learned. I now feel more confident in handling various customer service situations, and the skills I’ve gained will undoubtedly enhance my career. I highly recommend this training to anyone looking to elevate their customer service/ virtual assistant abilities.”

"3 months after giving birth, my boss say, “We need you back in the office.” But I was still breastfeeding, no nanny, no help. I was breaking down. I knew I needed a better way. I joined AceAfrica’s training with a newborn by my side. It wasn’t easy o, but I pushed. Today, I work part-time remotely doing customer support. My baby is fine, and I still dey earn. This thing works! Women need to know they have options! "

"I’m 45 years old, and my children said, “Mummy, leave this Upwork matter for young people.” But I no gree. I registered for Awanger’s class and started learning small small. I just got a virtual assistant job helping a lady in the US manage her calendar and emails. She dey pay me $14/hour. I just bought new curtains and paid my daughter’s school fees without asking anybody. Don’t let anybody tell you it's too late. ."

"Before AceAfrica, I was surviving on ₦25k monthly from a shop job. That money no even reach half of my transport, talk less of feeding. One day I saw one of their posts on Instagram and joined the free session. After the main training, I revamped my CV, started applying — and last month I got my first $400 contract. I fit buy data without calculating now. 😂 I’m still learning, but at least, hope don return. Thank you for your impactful training.”

“Good morning Ma, I just landed my first remote job with an American company I honestly can’t thank you enough. It’s been a full year of job hunting, sending out over 600 applications across every job board I could find, but I kept getting nothing. I joinined Ace Africa last August, to work on my skills and position myself better in the job market. But last month, I hit a breaking point. I was tired and frustrated, so I reached out to you for help. Thank you for responding me with so much concern. Your review of my resume and cover letters, the feedback you gave, the tips you shared, I applied every single one immediately. And just a few weeks later, I got the job. Thank you so much for your support. God bless you deeply for all you do. ”

Coach Awanger, your insights into client relations and task prioritization were particularly helpful and I also apply them in my personal businesses. Infact, your expertise and encouragements created a positive learning atmosphere that aided me in growing my skills. ”
